PULTRUSION PROCESS

Pultrusion is one of the continuous process which involves the reinforcement fibre materials or ‘pack’ or fibre architecture in the form of continuous strands. rovings or plys (mats, fabrics and veils) which are impregnated with resin and pulled through a heated dye where curing takes place. since pultrusion allows for high fibre loading and accurately controlled resin content, pultruded parts have excellent mechanical properties and are produced at a consistently high quality. the finished profiles are cut to length at the end of the line

OUR R&D

We have state of art world class plc automated facility setup in our WADA plant and have various measuring and testing facilities installed in our factory. Thus our resin system developed for pultrusion applications offers a range of stringent fire, smoke and toxic fumes standards adhering to various organisations such as British standards [bs 476), underwriters laboratory (UL 94), french standards (UIC) and American test methods [ASTM).
